IMPORTANT DATES

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE 2017), is also known as UPTU Entrance Exam. It is a state level entrance exam. UPSEE is organized by the Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh. This entrance exam is conducted for first year degree level & also for lateral entry in engineering, medical, management and many other programmes.

Marks for correct answer: Four
Marks for incorrect answer: 0
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Exam duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Maximum Marks: 360
Languages: English or Hindi

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For admission to first year of B.Tech., candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University without grace in required each compulsory subjects and one optional subject and securing minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category candidates) in aggregate in required three subjects.

(iii) For admission to first year of B.Tech.(Agriculture), candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University in agricultural subjects and secured minimum 45% marks without grace (40% marks for SC/ST category candidates) in aggregate. Also all First year B.Tech. Eligible candidates are also eligible for B.Tech. Agriculture.
